Experience breathtaking views in a private, commercial size, saltwater pool! New 2024 diving board, aquarium glass filtration system & brand new built private restroom on deck with a killer view! A great parklike oasis with full size play structure with variety of swings and slides for kids. Step out of the city and into the country side for the ultimate staycation… optional private overnight apartment rental too! Hosting ideas are limitless on these 10acres with a large concrete patio overlooking wetlands & pond territory with ducks & geese. A great space for wedding’s, birthday parties, company BBQ, church gatherings… Open field for sports & a dirt bike trail if adventurous. Extra pool details: Full 6ft fence, large 3ft deep section is awesome for kids learning to swim, socializing mom’s🍹, wading, floating, exercising and/or keeping cool. Full-size deep end for jumping, swimming and diving. There is a Bluetooth speaker to connect tunes, large sun deck and shade space. You will not be disappointed!
